Wat zal je job inhouden?

As an On-Site Service Engineer, you provide mobile technical support to clients across the Benelux region. Acting as the primary point of contact for multiple product lines within our portfolio, you support a diverse range of customers with their technical needs. Your responsibilities include system integration, maintenance, mechanical installations, software support, and assisting clients with initial setup and user training to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

This is a mobile role: you will be based in our office in Mechelen, with frequent travel to clients (up to 4 days per week, according to request).

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to clients across the Benelux region, responding efficiently to their requests and operational needs.
  • Perform system integration, maintenance, and mechanical installations to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Manage and execute the initial product set-up tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
  • Deliver product training and user guidance to support smooth implementation and day-to-day operation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely follow-up of aftersales activities and client support actions.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

  • Minimum technical education or a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Benelux region and possession of a valid driving licence.
  • Excellent command of Dutch at native level, combined with a high level of English (business proficiency), knowledge of French is considered a valuable asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into practical solutions.
