Logistic Operations Specialist

Your main responsibilities:

Manage shipments, transport, customs clearance, and delivery execution
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and follow up supplier deliveries after PO release
Monitor order fulfillment, resolve logistics issues, and maintain SAP data accuracy
Support customer deliveries and collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, warehouses, and carriers
Support inventory management and planning 
Track logistics performance and contribute to KPI reporting

Our client is a prominent multinational manufacturer specializing in surfactants and specialty chemicals across the Americas. With 11 industrial facilities spread throughout Brazil, the United States, Mexico, and Uruguay, as well as two Global Research & Development Centers, three Research & Development Facilities, and eight commercial offices spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia, they are at the forefront of their industry. They are currently seeking a Logistic Operations Specialist.

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics
• Fluent in English, any additional language is an asset
• Enthusiasm to learn about specificities to consider when transporting chemical goods
• Experience in SAP is a must!
• A can-do attitude is an important asset to take up additional responsibilities and to develop your skills. ‘No day in the office is the same

• Salary based on competences and experience (3300-3500 gross)
